EvoInspect Vision

The EvoInspect Vision is a versatile inspection system for the qualitative analysis of plastics that are optically transparent in the wavelength range of 750 nm to 1500 nm. It can be used both for material inspection prior to welding and for evaluating weld seams after the joining process.

Its adjustable infrared illumination enables fast and reliable inspection of a wide range of components and geometries.

Based on continuous customer feedback, the system software has been enhanced with additional automated evaluation functions. These features support efficient analysis, reduce manual effort, and ensure consistent and reproducible inspection results.
