Medical Valley Cluster Meeting 2026 at EVOSYS

Would you like to learn how laser plastic welding can be used in medical technology in practice? Then we cordially invite you to the Medical Valley cluster meeting at Evosys Laser Services on March 19, 2026, in Erlangen.

We are hosting the cluster meeting together with the Medical Valley network and our development and manufacturing partners MKI Solutions AG and Livetec Ingenieurbüro. The event is aimed at companies interested in medical technology applications, manufacturing technologies, and technology transfer from other industries, such as the automotive sector.

The focus is on the user relevance of medical technology and live demonstrations directly on our laser systems. You will experience first-hand how plastic components are joined in a watertight, particle-free, and reproducible manner – and what advantages this technology offers for medical technology. The main focus will be on how medical products can be developed for laser plastic welding in a component-specific manner, but also how the joining technology can be implemented in existing projects. You will gain these insights in small groups, allowing for a practical exchange of ideas.

The program will be complemented by user-oriented technical presentations from Evosys, MKI, and Livetec. In addition to the technical presentations, the event offers plenty of opportunity for exchange and networking with companies from MedTech and related industries. Participation is also open to interested parties who are not members of Medical Valley.

Afterwards, you will take away practical impressions, new contacts, and concrete ideas for your own applications. The cluster meeting is therefore an ideal opportunity for anyone interested in medical technology manufacturing, technology transfer, and innovative joining processes.
